Returns Policy

At Bright Buoy Diving, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns Policy for details.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Online returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We accept in-store returns on suits and wetsuits within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:
– Unworn, unused, and in original condition
– Returned with all original tags attached
– Free of water exposure, sunscreen, oils, scents, and signs of wear
We offer in-store try-ons to help you find the perfect fit before purchasing. Because wetsuits conform to the body and stretch with use, only brand-new, unworn suits are eligible for return.
Exchanges may be offered when sizes are available.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Initiating a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at Orders@brightbuoydiving.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.
